Amir-ul-Mu`minin, Sayyiduna ‘Umar Faruq-e-A’am رَضِیَ اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَنْہُ used to kiss the Holy Quran in the morning every day, and would say, ‘This is the covenant of my Rab عَزَّوَجَلَّ, and His Book.’
