What Kind Of Order Apply On Fasting During Travailing In Ramadan - Safar Main Roza

Question:-     Question is that I have for business purposes a lot As there is Ramadan going on nowadays, thus it is so difficult to have a fast in this condition Kindly give us some guidelines regarding this.

Answer:-    It is allowed for a person not to fast while he is traveling but he has to fulfill this afterwards and as you travel frequently so it will be better if you fast while traveling instead of fulfilling after Ramadan and if you  travel by air then it's not a big deal in it, as it is so easy to travel by it. Most of the facilities like Air Conditioners, Soothing environment etc. are present in airplane  So it's not a big deal in observing a fast while traveling by air. Hence , I will suggest you fast while traveling by air. Although, it is permitted that a traveler can fulfill his missed fasts after his journey but he has to be in journey It shouldn't be like you are resting at home for couple of days  and claiming to be a traveler You can't be a traveler at home.

In Bahar-e-Shariyat Volume 1 On Page 1003, this Bahar-e-Shariyat is published by the publication department of Dawat-e-Islami. Rule # 3: If one who travels in day time, so to break the fast of that day, his traveling will not be an excuse. Well, if he breaks the fast then there will be no Kaffara (charge) upon him but he will be a sinner and if he breaks the fast before he travels then there will be a Kaffara (charge) upon him, too and if he travels in day time and has missed something at home and comes back to pick that up and breaks his fast then the Kaffara (charge) upon him is a must.

For example, a person has a flight schedule at 9 or 10 a.m. So, if he thinks that he has to go travelling so why he fasts. Remember, he is not traveler in his motherland in fact he is resident here So He has to fast and can't break it. Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and His beloved Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٰ وَسَلَّم know the best.
